All the employees of CITY SIGHTSEEING, in carrying out their activities at the offices or during the conduct of transport, strive daily to pursue the constant improvement of services, to have as a result services of ever increasing quality.
This can only happen with a careful organization of our work: everyone, at every company level, must commit ourselves to carrying out our tasks in the best possible way, especially with a strong initial effort, in order to reduce the time taken to correct errors.
We have therefore decided to equip ourselves with a Quality Management System that complies with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 "Quality Management Systems" standard as a growth tool of our organization.
Our main objective is to offer visitors to tourist resorts a service aimed at admiring local attractions from another "point of view", that is, from our buses or boats, and to make sure that the customer who carries out our tour comes the desire to continue and deepen the visit and maybe from a distracted visitor can be born an attentive traveler.
We aim to offer a complete and fun service:in fact, the transport service we offer is also supported by an "on-board escort" service that also performs control and safety functions for passengers, and a multilingual system with earphones on board that give historical, tourist and cultural indications on the itinerary that you follow on board vehicles or other means (boats). In addition, we have equipped ourselves with interactive tools, such as apps that can be downloaded from customers, that make the city you are visiting more usable. To achieve the indicated goal and to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, weare committed to:
- maintain an adequate training programme on communication, customer relations, tourist and cultural updates,
- keep up-to-date on workplace regulations and safety at work for all employees,
- maintain a high quality standard of our vehicles and on-board equipment through specific controls.
- Constantly adapt the fleet with the aim of reducing emissions into the environment every year with the use of engines with less environmental impact or with appropriate particulate filters
- Constantly update retailers and all advertising material regarding new initiatives, changes regarding the service.
Risk management is a key part of the DECISION-MAKING process, understood as a logical path for the DG to take decisions as a result of a proper assessment of the possible positive or negative effects of the events in question.
Risk management helps the DG and all its staff to apply the logic of prevention within all processes and during the performance of activities in the company.
It will be a precise commitment of the Management to assist all company personnel in the maintenance of the Company Quality System.
