City Sightseeing vouchers are also available at the FRECCIAClub * and the ticket offices of the national Trenitalia network. The vouchers must be shown to the City Sightseeing® staff on board bus at any stop shown along the route, or to the City Sightseeing® ground staff where present or in all the City Sightseeing® Visitor Centers for the voucher exchange with a ticket of the same value. Any refund, changes, cancellation of vouchers are handled directly by City Sightseeing® according to the terms and conditions set forth on the website www.city-sightseeing.it.
